We got a great update! You can now effortlessly verify the authenticity of WAEC results from Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Gambia, and Liberia. This endpoint provides you with a comprehensive view of candidates’ academic details, making it perfect for instant KYC checks on educational qualifications. To verify simply enter the examination number, year, and exam type.
Our Global Company Search endpoint covers all countries across the globe making it easier for you to access any basic company information including, the United Kingdom, Canada, Czech, Cyprus, Greece, Mexico, and New Zealand, among others.
Major Enhancements and Fixes:
We’ve just rolled out an update to our Nigerian Address Verification Endpoint! Now, in addition to verifying individual addresses, you can also access comprehensive business information details. This recent update makes it easier than ever to verify both individuals and businesses, giving you deeper insights into your verification results.
Alongside, other updates on our endpoints, we also deployed additional fixes on our dashboard, including:
- Bulk Report Access: Easily view all your bulk reports in one folder on the report log page. Simply click on “Report” and select “Bulk Report” for streamlined access.
- Improved Verification Display: Enjoy a better user experience with our reworked verification page for both individual and business checks, now with an enhanced, clearer display.
- Resend Webhook Feature: Did you miss a webhook response? No worries! Users with webhook integration can now resend verification responses. Just click “Resend Webhook” on the report log page for any missed results, and the data will be sent to your webhook instantly.
- New Coverage Tab: A coverage tab has been added to the Identity Pass landing page. By clicking the “Coverage” button, you can view all supported countries and endpoints. Selecting an endpoint takes you directly to the documentation page for more details.

New Features On Background Checks: Easy Candidate Access to Verification Reports
You can now enable your candidates to receive their background check reports with just a simple toggle on your dashboard. Once the form is submitted, the verification process starts automatically, and both you and the candidate will be notified via email when the PDF report is ready. This new feature eliminates the previous wait time and manual steps, making the process smoother and faster for everyone.
To access:
- Login into BGC> Select “Packages> Select “Create Package”>
- Fill in Package Name & Purpose> Toggle the “Enable candidate to receive report” button
- Select country, check(s) & subservice(s)>Create package>
- Copy the link or Initiate the request.
New Mpesa Payment Feature For Kenyan Candidates
In August, we launched a new feature that allows your candidates to pay for their background checks directly after filling out a simple consent form. You can now enable this option for your Kenyan candidates using the Mpesa payment method from your dashboard. Once the form is submitted, the request status will update from “Submitted” to “Processing,” and the report will be available as soon as the background check is complete.
Forms Analytics and Multiple Verification Endpoints on IdentityForms
Our secure form builder with verification capabilities just got even better with our latest major updates! We’ve introduced a new analytics interface, allowing you to easily assess your form’s performance at a glance. Plus, we’ve expanded the verification options by adding multiple endpoints, including the Face+BVN verification feature, giving you more flexibility for instant verifications on IdentityForms.
