When do you need a Peleza Background Check?
Peleza will assist you as a Bolt Driver to go back online by processing a Background Check in this two situations.
- You’ve applied for a good conduct certificate but haven’t received it yet.
- You have a valid driving license but don’t have the physical copy to upload to your Bolt App.
How to Apply
- Go to our Website:
- Open your web browser (Chrome or Opera)
- Type in www.peleza.com/bolt
- Choose Your Check:
- Select either “DL Check” (Driving License) or “Criminal Check”
- Fill the Form
- For DL Check:
- Fill in all your details.
- Attach a selfie photo.
- For DL Check:
- Click “Proceed” to make payment.
- Enter your Mpesa number.
- Enter Mpesa PIN to Pay 250 KES.
- After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email of your submission.
- For Criminal Check:
- Fill in all your details.
- Attach a copy of your stamped good conduct receipt/invoice and a selfie photo.
- Click “Proceed” to make payment.
- Enter your Mpesa number.
- Enter Mpesa PIN to Pay 650 KES.
- After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email of your submission.
- Check Your Email
- DL Check result: Within 12 hours (except weekends/holidays)
- Criminal Check result: Within 24 hours (except weekends/holidays)
- Once you get your report through email, download it.
- Upload the PDF to your Bolt driver app
- Note: The expiry date is one year from the report date!
Please note:
- You can edit your application details before making payment by clicking “Edit Submission”
- If you need to make any other changes after payment, contact us as soon as you can.
- For failed Mpesa Payment, you can make manual payment through MPESA (Paybill: 673496) Account No. (ID Number).
